A considered approach
to your information.

When you send an enquiry

The Reset Ritual receives the name, email address, subject and message you enter in the contact form. We use these details to respond to you and manage the conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal or medical information.

How the form works

Your enquiry is sent through our hosting provider’s mail service to our business inbox. Relevant hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate those services. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Security information

The contact handler temporarily stores a hashed version of your IP address and submission timestamps to limit spam. It does not write your message to a website database. Hosting systems may also keep technical access and error logs, including IP addresses.

Cookies and outside services

This version of the website uses no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts, images and scripts are served locally. Your hosting provider may operate its own essential security systems.

Your choices

You can ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or ask for its deletion by replying to our correspondence emailing connect@theresetritual.life or using the contact form. Information may need to be retained where a legal obligation applies.
